For over 10 years, Alaycia White-Carlsen has been a noteworthy leader in the creative marketing sphere. Alaycia began her career as the Event Coordinator for Innovative Fashions & Bridal Wear.
It was during this time that she learned about her gift of voice-over talent and decided to start her own business, Vocal Advantage. For over 25 years, Alaycia has used her voiceover talent to advance the entrepreneurial branding of businesses, universities, church organizations, and has been featured in commercials.
Her voiceover talent has reached internationally in China, Africa, England, and was featured in GBOS Magazine as Boston’s Top 100 Phenomenal Women of Color in 2022.
